upfit of 40,000 total SF on two floors (one full floor)
of multi-story Wachovia building on the University Research
Park campus in north Charlotte. The work involved selective
demolition of existing millwork, doors, GWB partitions,
flooring, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical items; new
millwork, doors & hardware, glass & glazing, drywall
assemblies w/sound attenuation, carpet & VCT, painting
& wallcovering, security/surveillance, fire alarm &
protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical items. Tight coordination
with Owner’s systems furniture vendor. Security was extremely
rigorous at this highly sensitive division. |
