Finance department of Wachovia Corporation. Work involved
selective demolition of existing millwork, GWB partitions,
VCT, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical items;
salvage/re-use of doors; new millwork, finish hardware,
glass & glazing, drywall assemblies w/sound attenuation,
acoustical ceilings, carpet & VCT, walltalkers, painting
& wallcovering, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and
electrical (including fire alarm) items. Very aggressive
schedule and delicate coordination with nine other prime
contractors on all four floors simultaneously, with a rotation
of move-ins for 600 employees. |
