Tenant upfit of 19,200 SF office floor for Risk Management, Legal Affairs and Corporate Community Affairs divisions of Wachovia Corporation. Work involved selective demolition of partitions and carpeting; new partitions, millwork, doors & frames, flooring, painting & wallcovering, HVAC controls, fire protection, plumbing, fire alarm, and electrical items. LMI expedited completion (base bid + expanded scope) two weeks ahead of 35-day schedule.
