Together with partner Lisa Lee, Morgan has built LMI from 2 employees to 9 in four years, with revenue growth from $155,000 in 1999 to $3.5 million in 2004. As President of LMI, Morgan is responsible for guiding the company’s corporate affairs and construction operations, ensuring the estimates are prepared with sharp pencils and the jobs are run safely and with a keen eye on quality and schedule. His attention to detail and open, honest approach to project administration and supervision has promoted strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers alike.
