PRE-CONSTRUCTION

LMI encourages the general contractor’s involvement with the Project Team during the design process. The end product, whether a new building, renovation or restoration, can realize significant cost, quality and/or schedule benefits from the general contractor as the architect and Project Team move through the development of construction documents. Input from our PM/Estimator and Superintendent, with special assistance from subcontractors and vendors as needed, identifies important life-cycle considerations, promotes efficient and cost effective selection of systems and materials, and generates cost savings for the Owner.
