POST-CONSTRUCTION

The firm takes great pride in satisfying clients at the end of a project as well as at the start. Timely completion of punch lists, final completion inspections and adherence to move-in dates are important aspects of our services. LMI prepares a complete Project Close-Out Manual for the Owner’s active use that includes information pertinent to the ongoing operation of the building. We maintain a copy in our office as well to ensure that any follow-up questions can be answered promptly and with some basic understanding of the project, even after the warranty period has expired.
