| Interior
renovation of 3,700 SF on the 1st floor of a Carolinas Healthcare
System (CHS) medical office building within the Northcross
Medical Park located in Huntersville, NC. The overall scope
of work included the upfit of 2 areas of Urgent Care and
medical office center. Careful sequencing for uninterrupted
use of existing Community Center and build-out of new pharmacy.
The work incorporated selective demolition of casework,
partitions, ceilings, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
items; salvage/re-use of casework, doors, fixtures, and
equipment; new casework, firestop systems, doors & frames,
GWB partitions, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting
& wall covering, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and
electrical items. |
