Food Lion Renovation

Renovations and equipment upgrade throughout this 32,000 SF Food Lion store situated in a small, rural shopping plaza. Work involved miscellaneous building exterior & site improvements, including a new 70’ long ADA-compliant concrete ramp; new masonry & GWB partitions, steel framing for roof/ceiling -mounted equipment, plumbing trenches and slab pour-back, casework, traffic doors, storefront & automatic entrance doors, acoustical ceilings, flooring (quarry tile, VCT, carpet), painting, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical items. Careful coordination of Owner-supplied equipment, refrigeration units, furnishings and décor. Meticulous attention to dust control and clean-up. Work in the sales area performed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
