| Interior
and exterior renovation of 53,000 SF former Charlotte Treatment
Center for institutional use, including medical, business,
residential, social services and recreational functions.
Interior work included selective demolition/salvage; provisions
for CMU walls, doors and frames, casework, drywall assemblies,
flooring, acoustical ceilings, paint, sprinkler, plumbing,
HVAC, fire alarm and electrical items. Exterior work included
new concrete walks and ramps, treated wood ramps, and basketball
court. Careful and creative scheduling to accomplish critical
inspection and occupancy dates. The kitchen remained fully
operational at all times. |
