| Phased
10,000 SF renovation of third floor offices into luxury
guest suites. Pre-construction services included thorough
evaluation of MEPS (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler)
systems to determine impact on adjacent occupied spaces;
constructibility review to ensure coordination of trades
and establish effective cost and quality parameters. Phase
1 demolition was carefully performed during 24/7 use of
the active Conference Center and hospitality facility. Phase
2 construction, including restoration of existing finishes
and installation of new partitions and MEPS systems was
sequenced in a manner to allow ongoing facility operation
with minimal disruption. |
