Building core breakroom and elevator lobby facility renovations to 12 floors of the 13-story Duke Energy Corporation Charlotte Energy Center. The work included select interior demolition, millwork, storefront w/glazing film, drywall assemblies, acoustical and specialty ceilings, cork flooring, painting, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical items. All floors will remain fully operational during construction. Work in the lobbies was performed after 7 p.m. throughout the construction phase.
