Complete
interior renovation to the existing 13,200 SF Cafeteria
in the Duke Energy Corporation Charlotte Energy Center.
The work included select interior demolition of flooring
(carpet, VCT, ceramic tile, pavers), partitions (drywall & masonry), ceilings, millwork, doors, fire protection,
plumbing, HVAC, and electrical items; fabrication and installation
of new food service and display casework, doors & frames,
storefront doors, drywall assemblies, acoustical and specialty
ceilings, terrazzo tile, carpet, paint & wallcovering,
kitchen equipment, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical
items. All work was performed after normal business hours,
and without closing down the operation of the cafeteria. |
