New 38,000 SF, 2-story museum building including phased demolition of existing administration building and surface parking; required careful planning and close coordination with museum staff to allow safe and continuous operation of the existing facility; neo-Classic design of complex forms combines building elements of steel, timber piles, pre-cast stone, curtainwall, FRP, stucco, plaster, masonry, drywall, tile, slate and 4 different roofing systems.

Alan Morgan served as project manager, for F.N. Thompson during the construction of the main building.
