Industrial
upfit to provide new 3,200 SF laboratory and storage mezzanine
inside existing Production/Warehouse area, as well as modifications
to existing 2,240 SF Applications Laboratory, Electronics
Laboratory, and various administrative areas. Work involved
select interior demolition of existing concrete floor slab,
pre-cast wall panels, various steel elements, and GWB partitions;
new cast-in-place concrete footings/walls/slabs detailed
for spill containment, unit masonry, structural & miscellaneous
steel, doors, overhead coiling door, GWB assemblies, painting,
fire alarm, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC (includes use of helicopter
to set RTU in place), and electrical items. Thorough installation
of protective barriers and strict conformance to safety
policies & procedures to ensure continuous plant operation.
